Ridiculous Customer service:Core Power Yoga charged from our credit card while the membership was frozen...Later, we cancelled the membershipWhenever we tried to contact, no one picks up the phone at given number, overall, very difficult to get a response. We had to go thru dispute center with our credit card company and they still refused to refund us back to our credit card.Beware to start any new account with them.1st, very tough to contact if you have any query, 2nd: very unfriendly customer service.3rd: Never provide your credit card info to CorePower Yoga.We are still waiting from them our $104 back to our card. Please refund us back. Thanks

I took a C1 class with Kristen D and it was hands down my favorite class with CorePower since joining! She started class by having us set our intentions and sharing some mindfulness wisdom to think over during class. She demo'd each position and level modification throughout the class, as well as providing key posture components like hip orientation and weight distribution. However, my favorite part of her teaching style was the way she continued to bring us back to mindfulness, breathing and enjoying our practice. I left the class feeling like I had improved my foundational knowledge as a yogi, had a great workout, and got to have a very meditative experience.I cannot wait to attend more of her classes!

This is very commercialized yoga. They pronounced the Sanskrit yoga terms incorrectly which was a red flag to me. A membership is $160 a month which seems pretty insane to me considering I was paying $60 for an unlimited membership at my previous studio. Not the right community for me.

I have called about 10 different CorePower numbers I have found on their website and none of them have answered and they will all hang up on me. It is impossible to speak to someone or get any questions answered. I had to finally go into a studio to request a refund and that wasn't even done successfully. It has been over a week and I still have not received that refund and to no surprise, no one is answering the phone. I guess I'll need to make another trip to a studio to see if someone can finally resolve my issues after two+ weeks of unsuccessful communication. I will never go back or restart a membership. This corporation is super unreliable and has lost my trust as a customer.

I stopped by this location today to speak with someone about joining. It's locked up tight midday on a Tuesday with no signs of life, and the phone number redirects to a main line where they inform you they can't help you over the phone. There are no signs or hours or contact info on the doors. Also, I was harassed by some very questionable men on the 50 foot walk from the car... not the studio's fault, just the area, but good for solo women to be aware of. Unsure how they are expecting to get new customers or how to visit this business or learn anything about them beyond the website. :(

Customer service is literally non-existent. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. apparently no one is home. Strange thing though - they always cheerfully take my money! Go figure!

I was a member at Corepower for awhile, but as soon as you try to cancel your membership their customer service is non existent. I have tried to call, email and submitted multiple requests on their form to cancel my membership. I have now been charged for 2 months and no one is responding. I will now have to report them to my credit card company. I hate to do that because I used to love the studio, but now they are stealing and unresponsive. Yogi beware before signing a membership.

Normally I love CorePower yoga; however, my class today on 29th Avenue in denver was a bit of a joke. I wouldn't care about one bad class, but I told my brother how great it was and he was highly disappointed. I told him how it was a great workout and all we did was stretch in a C2 class. The single class fee of $26 was a huge waste of money. He told me he definitely won't join CorePower yoga with me after that class. Just feeling disappointed and wanted an outlet for my thoughts.
