CorePower Yoga - RiNo / Industry is hands-down one of the best studios with a welcoming, motivating energy and a great vibe. The facility is clean and newer with ample free parking in the parking garage above, plenty of space to spread out, free lockers, and a good retail selection. The classes, including Sculpt and C1, provide a killer workout that makes you sweat, smile, and come back for more. Instructors bring a perfect mix of challenge, encouragement, and fun with spot-on cues and motivating playlists. They focus on mindfulness, breathing, and foundational knowledge, offering clear demos and modifications. Students leave feeling stronger, accomplished, recharged, and like they had a meditative experience. With multiple locations and different class styles, there is something for everyone.
