I’ve financed two auto purchases through the credit union, and both times the purchasing process with the dealership was seamless, as was my time spent paying down the loan. Christian B and Danelle P were both incredibly helpful in paying off my second auto loan recently and couldn’t have felt like I was better taken care of, especially on such a large transaction. I plan on always keeping them as my credit union of choice whenever I need their services.”

“EDITING 1ST REVIEW:I would love to send my deepest thank you to Donna at a totally different branch for reaching out to me and being so kind and helping me get my correct 10 digit checking account number so I will not be having the same issues as previously. I will just have to see what I can do with my creditors on how to repair my 90 day late status.my payments to creditors being returned due to funds being taken out of saving instead of checking account making me 90 days delinquent. Walking in to the Garrison branch and asking for my Checking account number I have always been told that my account number 7 numbers i was never aware that i had to put a sufix or 10 digit number to have funds withdrawn from the correct account assuming that my Checking account would be the account used to withdrawl funds. I spoke to Leo in the call services department a few weeks ago when I had another payment overdraft my savings account just to be rudely told that I had to have a 10 digit account number or that the credit union could withdraw money from what ever account they wanted since I didn't have a specific account noted. I was also told that I needed to go on line and down load the bank application since I only had cards account down loaded and I was not aware that there were multiple online applications for credit union of Colorado that I had to use. I have 90 day late payments on my credit report due to my payments being returned onto of having to pay creditors returned payment fees along with paying credit union of colorado over draft fees”

“I’m writing this review in reference to Cristina Webber and Vanessa who is a teller I forget her last name both of these young ladies are the Heart and Soul of Sooper Credit Union Lakewood me and my husband Steve literally do not trust anyone else in there to perform our financial transactions some months back the new office manager messed up on my husbands credit card payment causing his card to be over-drafted she did not even have the decency to call and tell us so when we went to use the credit card it declined it that’s how we found out well guess who fixed it Cristina to be honest she should have been the office manager she is very professional and knowledgeable about the business anytime we come in she greets us like family and she knows everything about our accounts the same thing with Vanessa there is nothing Vanessa does not know about our accounts we literally trust these two with all of our business transactions if the two of them ever leave to another financial institution we would probably follow them in the 13 years we have been clients the last 2 years there has been a lot of turn over in the administrative leadership and it has not been good because of Cristina and Vanessa we stay these two make the whole difference in this Credit Union the top administration need to be more aware of who they choose to put in leadership roles if not for Cristina and Vanessa I would have given one starShout out to two very well put together professional young ladies you are appreciatedAndrea and Steve Garcia”

“I am sorry to see so many bad reviews, but we just signed up with them, with just simple savings, cd's etc and we were totally amazed that they had plenty of employees to handle the customers. Our rep was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and another solved quickly for us a small glitch in signing up. Maybe the older bad reviews have caused a great improvement in service and solving problems?”
