My wife has a Blue Cross policy in Maryland that is pre ACA and has coverage anywhere Blue Cross is accepted. Your system did not accept it snd we had to pay cash for all her vaccines. Please correct your system.

We forgot something of ours in the store and they closed right after so we couldn’t go back in. Staff ignored us when we tried to get their attention to explain what happened.
