Discount Vacuum is a fantastic shop for vacuum sales and service. The store owner is a second generation vacuum repair man who provides great, respectful customer service and communicates well. Repairs are done perfectly, sometimes very quickly while you wait, and at a reasonable price. They fix all kinds of vacuums, including Dyson, Kirby, and Shark models, and stand by their work, sometimes performing follow-up repairs at no cost. The shop also sells refurbished vacuums. Customers are highly recommended to take a vacuum for repair before throwing it out, as it is better for the environment and supports a local shop. The experience is wonderful and highly recommended.
Within maybe 15 minutes of walking in, I walked out with my vacuum fixed! The price asked was more than reasonable. The store owner is a second generation vacuum repair man and his son works with him. Great customer service. Highly recommended!
