“Jeff was a lifesaver and went above and beyond for us in getting our fireplace insert working again. We have an older unit which had it's main log break and since then had never worked as it should have. I had been told by other places that the unit was discontinued and that they no longer made the logs for it any longer. The only option they provided me was replacing the entire unit with a brand new one. Jeff went through multiple emails with me troubleshooting it and was able to find the manufacturer did still have some logs in stock that would work. We just had the installer Dustin come by and install things who was professional and courteous in our home. Everything works great again now and I will continue to be a customer moving forward for any needs.”

“I just wanted to take the time to give a major thank you to Appliance Factory, specifically the sales associate Leah. We learned this afternoon after returning from a grocery shopping trip that our fridge’s cooling component got fried in a power surge this much earlier this morning. Neither of us checked the fridge after it happened and came home to tons of warm food, that really shouldn’t be warm. With about $300 worth of new groceries.Panicked and not really having the budget for a brand new fridge, we came to Appliance Factory about an hour before they closed. Leah was extremely patient with us being indecisive and frazzled from our day. She wasn’t pushy, she was informative and had a really kind demeanor that put us at ease. She helped us narrow down several choices that wouldn’t break us financially. We finally decided on a very nice dent and scratch GE that was originally $2,000. The blemishes were marked very clearly with yellow marker and this one only had two scratches on each side that could easily be repainted. We payed a bit less than $800. We were able to take it home immediately too.Overall, a really pleasant experience for such a disaster of a day. Leah was so good with us that I felt only appropriate to recognize her in a review and I can’t recommend the store enough!”

“I am a ReStore convert!!! I am truly addicted to the stores and the concept! To know my purchase is giving back is the first plus in my book! My In-Laws got us hooked, they remodeled their home and bought the majority from ReStore! We recently bought a new home and needed A LOT of items! Oven, cooktop, washer/dryer and rugs. We found it ALL and MORE!!! And at truly amazing prices!!! As an artist, I will doubled over with joy at finding a vintage drafting table!!! SCORE of a lifetime! Take your time, travel to all the stores-it is worth it and more! The staff are AMAZING!!! We ended up with a couch we were not looking for-but fell in LOVE with. The staff we so happy for us and our finds. I look forward to our future trips to pick up lamps/tile/sinks...who knows! I refuse to limit myself knowing how much is InStore at ReStore (LOL-couldn't resist!)”

“I brought my HP laptop that is older in because I was having so many storage problems and problems with the antivirus that I installed on it which was Norton was having so many problems that it was frustrating to even try and use. I don't do a lot on the laptop I can get my way around somewhat but not real computer literate but I took it in and Adam went through every possible thing for me showed me everything he did and what he could do to help me out I would give him six stars but they only give you room for five I would definitely recommend taking your laptop in to have them explain or fix any problems you have my experience was great”

“I take my Shark here every year for maintenance. Your vacuum cleaner needs maintenance. Who knew? Take yours to these guys. I feel good about having them maintain my older vacuum to be responsible to the planet (from a manufacturing and trash perspective). It think I can get 5 more years out of it with these guys keeping up on it for me. It comes back like new every time I pick it up!”
