My mom needed new shoes so I took her to get some new Skechers slip it would have been better if they would have had a right on the left shoe in one box instead of two rights in one

Today is Friday, and their hours are 10-8 and it is 10:20am and the store is still closed. Very unprofessional as there are 3 customers waiting outside.
