I got charged a fee that they couldn't explain. Corporate tells me it's a fee for the employee to package my items .. They did no such thing.Charging someone for something that you didn't do is fraud.

This FedEx office location is helpful for shipping things back to the office after a tradeshow at the convention center.

Office feel. Perfect spot for someone on the go for self serve. Private enough and write enough for someone that needs to sign documents, and be on a business call, who needs to use laptop, computer, print, staples available, paper clips, pens, free wifi from Hyatt that they are allowed to use.

Hyatt charges extra fees on top of fedex. Find a FedEx not in a hotel. Hyatt fees are causing paying customers to walk 4 blocks to avoid Hyatt fees. Bad business and bad for retail as a whole.

This place closes at 5pm. Wasted $10 on parking trying to get something put by 7pm. Today is the worst lol.

I went over to get stamps to mail a letter and was told. I needed to show a drivers license to mail a letter. This seemed so odd especially since I use FedEx all the time. Well 5 minutes later my 3 stamps turned into a $11.00 package delivery envelope and this guy arguing about why my drivers license was necessary to send this letter off. I feel like this was his case of racial profiling. Has anyone heard of showing Identification to mail a letter. Granted I could have gone to the post office. I just want to highlight this business and the recommendation of the Le Meridian hotel downtown & desk clerk. Is this a racket that the hotel has with Fedex when guest ask about getting stamps for their letters to mail out. They send them to this place for a drivers license check?

They don’t open at 7 and they are located inside the Hyatt.

Pretty difficult to locate this location, I can't speak to the service because I was unable to find the shop. I parked right by the FedEx office sign outside but walked in circles and ended up just driving off. When I tried calling the phone number I got a series of message machines

If you have a prepaid package and search Fedex locations to drop it at, and this place comes up...keep searching. They charge $2-$20 to accept packages you’ve already paid FedEx to ship. I work in the area and went in to return something I bought online: $10 handling fee.

Quick and easy, though we were charged for 8 grommets on a poster but only 4 were installed.
