Charge some extra fee to ship- even for prepaid labels

I had a last minute rush job sent to this location first thing on a Monday morning and they delivered on time with exactly what we asked for.

Friendly, easy, all sorted within minutes, what's not to like? Yes, they charge a handling fee, but there is a sign up front on the counter with their rates, so you know about it as soon as you walk in. All hotels charge handling fees now, so no difference there. On a 18lbs box I paid $15 fee, no biggie.
