Daejon and team were great! Came in needing a full tire replacement, spare was a little low. Took care of everything in a timely manner and noticed the spare was low and took care of it without asking. Would recommend.

I got the lifetime alignment on my car I noticed the tires wearing on the inside so I had the struts, inner and outer ite rod ends, stabilizers and bushings and ball joints all replaced @ another shop. Then I took the car in to get an alignment. They told me they can't align my car and that they need to have the car for a day 2 dieignose what's wrong with my car. I found out the tech gets paid on a flat rate meaning if something is billed @ 3 HOURS and it takes them 20 minutes to fix the issue they get paid for 3 HOURS. So if they can convince you there is something wrong that isn't wrong and charge you to fix it they Winn you pay!!! Always get a second option and don't tell shops what other shops say is wrong. And compair what they say is wrong.

Firestone has always taken care of me when needing an oil change, headlight replacement, and just today, removing a hanging skid plate. Even offered to top off my windshield wiper fluid. Staff are great as always. I would highly recommend these guys! Prices are very reasonable as well.

Keith and his team were great. Keith was super knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the differences of the tires and what would best suit my needs as well as my budget. The garage team got my tires changed quickly and I was back on the road feeling safe and secure with my new tires.

Keith and Jesse were amazing! When my tire went flat at the Walgreens nearby, I called firestone to see if they could assist me. Keith brought a spare tire out and replaced it right there in the snow, I drove to the shop and Jesse replaced two of my tires. They helped in the process of picking the new tires and gave a great price. Amazing customer service!!!

This place is the biggest rip off. I bought tires from them on 4/19 I put less then 10,000 miles on the tire and they are telling me that the threads are too low on me then and they were supposed to have a 50,000 mile warranty on them and expect me to pay for a complete new set and not honor their warranty.

I recently went to Firestone for an oil change, and I had a great experience. The staff was efficient and courteous, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. They also performed a complimentary inspection and pointed out a few maintenance tips without pushing for additional services. The waiting area was comfortable, and I was in and out in no time. My car is running smoothly, and I appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend Firestone for an oil change!

Went in for simple tire rotation. Next day I drove to Grand Junction and halfway through heard horrendous noise from rear. 3 lug nuts had fallen off and 6 total were lose. I had my entire family in the vehicle and thank God I heard it. This could have ended in a tragic accident. No response from ownership or management. Don't put your life in these people's hands.

My experience there at the Firestone store on 104th an federal was quite the good one , Kat was very helpful and very professional as she made sure all of my cars needs are being met , it was a joy for her to help me !!
