Never had a bad experience or long wait at the numerous locations I’ve been in. The staff has always been courteous and pleasant as well.

This location is great. The lines aren't too long and the staff is very professional. Lan, in particular, is always very helpful and friendly. He makes sure to answer all my questions and help me with whatever I need in a very prompt fashion.

I'm relatively new to First Bank, I have accounts at other banks and credit unions. But these 4 bad ratings do not indicate everyone's experience at this location. I've had nice helpful people with several accounts, and if they're new, they get help!
