Grand Lowry Lofts is a historic apartment complex with a rich history dating back to 1935 when it was part of the Lowry Air Force Base. Despite its large size and mixed demographic, the building offers a spectacular living experience for its residents. The apartments are described as very nice, and the staff is friendly and hardworking. The maintenance and housekeeping teams are praised for their responsiveness to repair requests and keeping the property clean and well-maintained. Recent changes in the management office have led to significant improvements in the overall appearance and security of the building, with a decrease in the frequency of police vehicles on the premises. However, the complex is not without its challenges. The emergency alarms can go off randomly, and some residents have reported issues with broken or malfunctioning common area equipment, such as the entry garage door. Communication from the management regarding these matters has been lacking, leaving residents frustrated. Despite these occasional inconveniences, the overall consensus is that Grand Lowry Lofts is a great building with a wonderful staff and an interesting community of residents, most of whom care about the property. With its rich history and impressive amenities, the complex offers a unique living experience for those seeking an apartment in the area.
I was kind of upset they advertise apartments they have for rent for $907 but when I finally got them to answer me about the apartment they admitted that they don't have any of those available due to maintenance issues.

Used to be such a nice apartment complex. Too bad slum lords ran it into the ground. No A/C for months.

I like the apartments and location, and staff are friendly. No place is perfect, but to me the main flaw with this complex is the emergency alarms that go off randomly. This can happen multiple times a week or go weeks without it, sometimes early at 7AM, sometimes 10PM (like right now)
