Griffis Belleview Station offers pet-friendly one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The complex is comfortable, well-kept, and well-maintained. It is quiet considering its location and features spacious closets, well-designed apartments, and lush surroundings. Amenities include a resort-style pool and a 24-hour fitness center. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. They are prompt and helpful with any questions or tasks. The maintenance crew is also commended. Located off I-25 in the Denver Tech Center, it provides easy access to the light rail, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater, Park Meadows Mall, and Cherry Creek State Park. It is overall a great place to live.
All of the workers here make this place very special. Juan, one of the maintenance workers, greats me everyday with a smile on his face. It truly feels like home here.

Well maintained place, I toured with I believe his name was Danny, he was really knowledgeable and polite one of the best tours I had in Colorado so far.
