This store was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and best of all the prices were amazing for the items. There was a wide variety of clothing and the clothes were very cute. Although this is a chain store, this location was a wonderful experience for a first time shopper.

The security guards on duty past 5pm on 10/15/24 were extremely uninviting and unprofessional. They claimed that H&M called them to say that I was stealing. When I asked for further information they deflected saying they have the right to refuse anyone service. I replied sarcastically saying "Your totally right. I'm currently shoplifting." Then I was told that I had to leave. A second security guard followed me around the store, and when I had over $200 worth of clothing I was planning to buy, they told me that I was not welcome to shop there. They kept threatening to call DPD on me, but I had no attempted to walk past any point of service or exit without paying for the items that I eventually purchased. They kept changing their story and were being extremely rude and disrespectful to me. They did not want me to check out, but I had a right to be there and spend my hard earned money so I made the decision to not let two rent-a-cops boss me around just because they were bullied in high school.
The mens selection could have used more smaller pant sizes (29-31). Many of their button ups were an odd material that would not have fit well under a suit jacket.
In the future I'll just get my H&M clothes from thrift stores or online.
The cashier was extremely friendly and efficient though!

They need to figure out a way to have the correct store times posted on maps. It is unacceptable to have this kind of issue for a year. I made it to the store thinking i had at-least an hour to shop only to be harassed by an employee about the store being closed and not being able to appropriately explain why Google maps states otherwise.

It isn’t a habit of mine leaving negative reviews. However, if it is posted both online and on the front of your building that your closing time is 8pm, be open until 8. I showed up at 7:40 and made eye contact with the sales associate through the glass of a very locked door, and she rolled her eyes. Look, I understand closing a little early sometimes, but twenty minutes? I’m so excited to catch an Uber all the way to Cherry Creek Shopping Center so I can spend my money at an H&M that stays open for the hours it says it will.

I always find their newest pieces here and I like that it has the H&M Home on the third floor. First floor is their intimates, jewelry, new clothes, sports pieces and their sale. Second floor is their Divided line which is targeted more towards the younger crowd. I enjoy how big the H&M is however I gave it a 4 due to location and small Sale section. There is construction right in front of it which makes it hard to locate or find parking as it is downtown. Their sale selection is so small I go through it in less than 5 minutes. The service is always good and I have never had an issue with check out. When it comes to the value, the pieces are affordable and nice.

This is a pretty large H and M. It does get very busy based on its location in the city but if you are already around, it's worth a shot. This is downtown with no dedicated parking. You can always hop on the free shuttles that go up and down 16th street mall if you need better access to your vehicle or go head to the store. They have a similar selection to the Cherry Creek H&M but I do see that this one does sometimes have a slightly different variety. The service is good but because it's busy there's a lot going on. Be sure to check out the sale section which is where there's always a great deal.

We walked in at 6:50pm and no one at the front said a word to us about them closing. We let our 1 year old walk all the way up the steps to the kids level which obviously takes time just for us to get up there and them tell us they were closing. When leaving the manager had all the doors locked but 1 and told us to exit. When I tried to voice the issue he literally pointed to the hours of operation. I told him it’s just common courtesy to tell guests who walk in at closing to let them know. And he just fake smiled and said in a very condescending tone “well you have a nice night”. And honestly what store closes in a populated area at 7pm? I know your staff will all just laugh at this but I hope others read this and consider this before going.

People already standing in line to get into the store before opening. Clean store. Staff are scared to smile at customers.
