I love how the bank looks like a bank from the early 90s but to top it off was the wonderful Ms. Neicy! She was magnificent! She is truly a blessing in disguise. Outstanding customer service!

This branch is terrible. Chronically understaffed and provides lousy customer service. About half the time I come here I wait awhile and then leave for another branch before even transacting business.

Absolutely horrible, I had a meeting with EJ to obtain documents that I needed for my business taxes. I was promised them the next business day and here I am 2 weeks later still without documents. Called multiple times and was dodged every time. I can’t wait to never use Key Bank again.

I had a great experience at KeyBank recently. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer. They took the time to understand my needs and provided tailored solutions for my banking requirements. The process was efficient, and I appreciated their transparency regarding fees and services. When I moved to Denver, Key Bank couldn't handle the concept that a customer might move from one state to another. After failed attempts to change my address online, over the phone& in person, I decided to close my account. I closed it at this location. In the 21st century, I expect more of a financial institution.

This now our local branch as ours closed in the recent round of store reductions. Although it further away, the service here is good and everyone is professional. Please note that many branches including this one operate on a private bank model. The teller counter is unstaffed and instead you meet directly with a bank officer in an office.

Keiko Kawahara, Branch Manager, and Neicy Melton, Financial Wellness Consultant, provided stellar customer service to myself and my family over the period of a couple of weeks. When our uncle passed away and we were selling his home, Keiko and Neicy went above and beyond working with the Key Bank home office to untangle the confusion over our uncle's loans. I would highly recommend Keiko, Neicy, and the Hampden Ave. Branch!

I really like this bank. I've been coming to this location for about 2 and a half years now and the staff have been there for me. They're always nice to me. They have great attitudes when I'm around them. But it was Anna who started this great connection to everyone there at the bank. I really appreciate everything that you all do for me. I love doing business with you all. Thanks for the love and great experience. And awesome customer service.

wish i could give no stars the alleged manager Keiko wouldn't cash a check issued by "key bank" instead she called the person who issued the check and made myself and her look like a moron. go anywhere else still have no idea why they would call someone with out permission. unethical and illegal.

I had a great experience working with Anna Yezubenko. She is a true professional. She was helping us with a personal and business loans. She speaks Russian and English which was very helpful during our transactions. We've tried other bankers in other branches and decided to stay with her after one friend referred her to us. When I come here the service is always on point. Fast, friendly tellers willing to go above and beyond in helping to figure out some issues I've been having. When I enter through the front door, there is always somebody there to greet me. I also like the look of this bank. It has a classic bank look and not just some unit in a stripmall.
