Was in and out in less than 30 mins for my scheduled appointment and everyone was very pleasant.

The kiosk check-in process is pretty straightforward, but the wait times here are insane. Even when it seems like nobody would be there, it ends up being ~45+ minutes and before you know it, there are wrinkles on your face, your eyesight has deteriorated, and your children have grown up and moved out.

This is the place to go for Labcorp blood draws. Not too busy. Friendly staff and not too painful lol.
Thanks for your help!

They have posted hours until 4:00 PM.
I arrived at 3:15 with tests to be taken, they looked at the paperwork and said they were Quest orders. So they had me call my doctors office to try and get the Quest codes.
So I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting to hear back from my doctor. At about 3:50 they locked the door and there was someone pounding on the door…the receptionist sat there and and ignored it. The pounding continue….no movement from the staff. This was 10 to 4:00…it became clear to me that they were under zero circumstances going to stay one minute past 4:00.
The following day I went to Quest at Swedish Hospital, she informed me that the test orders were indeed written for LabCorp. But rather than send me away, she looked up their coding for the tests and had me in and out in 8 minutes.
Lazy staff…incompetent too I believe.

I had a great experience here, did a 3 hour blood test and they were timely for every hour draw, quick and easy (even got to go home in between each of them) and front desk was super nice

This rating is mostly because of Luis, my phlebotomist.
I’m very hemophobic (fear the sight of blood) so getting labs done is always a frightening process for me. The first time I tried to get them done I fainted, so it was suggested that I always do them lying down (that really helps if you have trouble like me).
Every time I get them, I’m grateful that it’s with Luis. For one he’s done this for a veryyyy long time, and you know he’s seen it all. He’s very patient, exceptionally experienced, and extraordinarily calming. He’s good with talking, silence, walking you through the process, or keeping it ambiguous - whatever makes you the most comfortable. I see him and I know that I’m in good hands, and I’m so fortunate that he’s a part of Labcorp.
I’ve also never had a problem with billing or Labcorp in general. Seems like an efficient testing lab.

Impossible to be connected to a human. They never return your call. I have left several messages but get no response from them. Pretty horrible for a medical facility.

Understaffed. Long waits.
Workers went to lunch with a waiting room full of patients.

Showed up as a walk in per my doc for urgent labs. Waited 1.5 hrs and never called back. Scheduled appt for a week later! The receptionist is as rude and flippant as the day is long. Said they didn't have my order but my doctor's office has confirmation of the orders being received 8 days ago. Office faxed them over, still couldn't see me at my scheduled time. I reiterated the order was sent. Receptionist never even looked up, just ignored me.

You will wait a very long time on an uncomfortable chair in a very crowded waiting room. Go to a different location. They try to send you to Swedish location as the wait there is 5 minutes.

Oh boy do I wish I had read reviews and waited a couple more days for a different location. I was taken back roughly 35 min after my appointment time (the person next to me was 45 min after theirs). The receptionist was truly awful, utterly rude. She said the delay was due to understaffing and when I pointed out that wasn't fair to people who expected appointment times to be somewhat honored she tried to remove my paperwork and tell me to come another time. Wow, she is clearly in the wrong job for her skills and temperament. The lab tech was lovely and efficient but overall just a terribly run location.

Surprisingly impressed. I went as a walk in and was in and out in 30 minutes. The receptionist was friendly and informative and the guy who drew me blood did the best job I ever had. Good job!

Go literally anywhere else. No estimate on wait times and theyll make you wait hours when you could have driven across the state and still be faster.

Worst lab to get your stuff done. Be prepared to wait over an hour. Walked in to a waiting room with 20+ and a line of individuals waiting outside the door.

Arrived at 3:40 and the door was locked. Lights were on and I could hear voices inside. I knocked for a collective minute and waited until after 4 with other patients trying to get blood drawn. No answer. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
