Dec 12 2023 Long wait time. 1 hour 50 minutes so far. Crowded wait room. Health risk. Lapcorp Q3 earnings up. Dividend declared. That's all that matters to LabCorp CEO and C suite.

Seriously understaffed. It's a mess. I came at six minutes before close (they're only open 8-4) and they were CLOSED. I came back in the morning and the lobby is bursting at the seams. One patient told the front desk, "I'm not busy. When are your slow times?" The staffer said, "Never." They're always like this. That's just how they run things. Wasting everyone's time. Infuriating.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to only show up to the office for my appointment and the office was closed. I received NO phone call or anything about my appointment. I line up the next morning for a "walk-in" appointment to make up for my time from the previous day to be told that they were short staffed so I would have to wait. Ok no biggie I suppose... but when I receive a message from my doctor a week later informing me that the tech did not take the correct amount of blood for my tests, no that is not ok. Unfortunately most of the LabCorps in my area have been shut-down so I opted to pay for the GetLabs tech to come to my house and draw my blood. She was amazing and helpful and got my blood draw done correctly. As long as this service is available I will use it.

Worst place ever. Always terrible, doors are locked during business hours! Seriously, they just close early when they want to. Been three times with no success because I don’t have 3 hours and you need that when you go because it’s so disorganized. And GROSS, absolutely discussing you can feel the sickness when you’re in there.

I was sent over to get my blood drawn, they were closed. I was told I don't need an appointment and I can walk in.I came in the next day during their business hours. Immediately as I walked through the door, the lady at the front desk snapped at me, stating "I am not doing any more walk ins today. Unless you have an appointment, we won't be helping you. You can come back at 8 tomorrow." I asked if I could at least schedule an appointment and she ignored me and kept saying she couldn't take me. I only had one foot in the door that entire time. Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. Won't ever want to come back after that.

Seriously such a terrible location. There's no reason that a blood draw should take 2 hours of waiting. If you're considering doing the Labcorp onDemand, I'd highly suggest just using Quest instead. Care quality- bad, customer service- worse.

I was reticent to visit this location. There were a number of folks in the waiting room, but the team moved efficiently to process folks and do blood draws. I have never heard so many people request a technician. Give Marilyn a raise.

Super easy check in. I only had to wait about ten minutes without an appointment. My labs were at my doctor within day, so the whole process was straightforward and fast.

Similar to most reviews, waiting room is full, overflow in the hallway had about 10 people waiting. After an hour and a half they called my name, then told me they only do certain test at that location, and I needed to go elsewhere. Pleasant enough staff, but the process is atrocious.

this company is an abomination as far as patient care and valuation. Their website is tricky to navigate as far as getting an appt. Nothing available at any location for 6 weeks. However "walk ins" are welcome. Until you actually go to the site to be a walk in. I went to the Sierra Bldg location at Parker Hospital 40" before they were to close but they had locked the doors to keep walk ins from entering. I could see people sitting inside. I tried calling on their phone but got caught in the endless loops of bad instructions to schedule an appointment on line. This company is awful. Stay away. Not worth the hassle.

If I had a chance to give zero stars I would. What a mess. No matter what you wait at minimum 45 minutes. I checked in before 2 people and they didn't have appointments yet were called before me. The secretary "says" she called my name.......mind you the line out the door, she's apparently calling behind a glass window and when I went in to say my name nobody replied. It wasn't until they sent text, which they should when this crowded that apparently I was entered. Why check in the kiosk if you also need to be called by secretary? Not happy, not coming back..Quest by far is better, so of your insurance covers quest....GO THERE!!!!

Get rid of the check in machines they're too hard for people to use the typing in it is very small you can't read it it holds up the line you need to let people check in at the counter like every doctor's office and not use a machine and the wait time is horrible you need to hire more people and speed the time up people are limited on their time they can't be sitting there for an hour waiting to give blood that's ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Understaffed. No one answers the phone. There are not enough locations so every labcorp within 10 miles of this location is packed to the brim. Desk staff has no attention to detail. Was given the wrong testing kit. 4th trip to a labcorp in 2 days trying to figure this nonsense out. I have been a tech and I am empathetic how stressful and busy things can get… but this is ridiculous. Genuinely disappointed and frustrated.

Had a great experience. Got there about 1:05. Did the Kiosk check-in. No sooner than I sat down I was called back. And I was in and out no time. The staff was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. This will be my new LabCorp location.

Great experience! No appointment, showed up and it was packed with a line out the door, and was told ~30-45 min, but it only took ~20. Marilyn was impressively quick and also very friendly and informative! Thank you very much!! And Saida at the front was also very kind and helpful. I appreciate this location and highly recommend for those in the Denver area.
