The customer service here is awful. Once you have your initial setup meeting they completely ghost you and put you on autopay. My account manager never responded or helped when I had an issue. This office in particular never got back to me even though I called weekly and requested a call back from my account manager.

This company sucks. Had an emergency and no answer on night phone number. Will be changing to another supplier soon.
