“I am amazed how quickly the response time was by the after hours representative on a non-emergent call to Premier Medical Corp. Their friendly personal service and calming explanation of their oxygen machine humidifier eased my mind and helped me calm my hospice client's worry about her oxygen machine. It is a state-of-the-art machine, with such a quiet whispering sound that it is actually calming for the client. The rep on the phone explained that someone would come directly out to add the additional hose missing for the humidifier that will add moisture to add to the client's comfort. Thank you for making my client's night manageable and worry-free. We both think the world of Premier and it's staff. After a fall leaving her as a quadrapeligic she’s been stuck in a nursing home for 2 months with less than stellar care. With the lift in place she can now go home. “Lincare went above and beyond my expectations. I am getting ready for surgery and tried to get a CPAP beforehand. My doctor's office told me there was an 8 week wait for CPAP machines. When I called Lincare I was told they already had one for me - unbelieveable!Jack took the time to review everything with me in terms I can understand - even with a "smart CPAP". I dreaded using one of these things, but they were able to fit me with a mask I can live with and the new machines are so quiet.I've waited over five years to get a CPAP and now I'm wondering why. Thank you for taking great care of me and easing my mind a bit about having to sleep on my back for four months!”

“Getting a hold of their billing department for questions is like pulling teeth without anesthesia (and I've never had any success), but aside from that I've never had any issues with this company. My deliveries always arrive in a timely manner and any questions I have are always answered by the staff, who have always been kind and courteous. If they don't know the answer to my question they've gone out of their way to find out, or else get someone with the knowledge to reach out to me to follow up (something that really surprised me, as I'm used to most companies who say 'we'll have someone call you' never ACTUALLY call back). All in all my interactions with Lincare have been fantastic, and I'd personally recommend them for anyone requiring CPAP-related supplies.”

I never feel rushed with her and she does whatever she can to help my needs.Unfortunately, I can not say the same about the initial person I met with there. She didn't want to answer my questions, kept referring me to the paperwork when I am the type of learner who needs to hear things and be able to ask questions. I even had to tell her that, but she didn't seem to be understanding of my need for her to answer my questions/explain things for me.I will say however, with Kellie's expertise and care, she made up for the unfriendly service I initially received.
