I train Jiu Jitsu every day and did CrossFit for a few years. Have a bunch of injuries related to those sports. Did a personal training session with Sarah Martin and learned some low impact, high yield exercises from her that I have been doing for a few months now and my shoulders and back haven’t felt this good in years.... read full comment

Um… awesome. Sarah is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I just show up and do whatever she has planned. The results have been great.
