Sarah is a great coach! She took time to listen to my concerns about working out, I’m a little older. We did some stretching and exercises to help me build my core to address my back pain. I look forward to the next session. Thank you, Sarah!

I train Jiu Jitsu every day and did CrossFit for a few years. Have a bunch of injuries related to those sports. Did a personal training session with Sarah Martin and learned some low impact, high yield exercises from her that I have been doing for a few months now and my shoulders and back haven’t felt this good in years. Thanks!

Um… awesome. Sarah is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I just show up and do whatever she has planned. The results have been great.

Lions Den is such a great combination of things. First and foremost the people. Tristan and the team are so knowledgeable and welcoming. The equipment and facility are top shelf. I used to hate them, but the steel maces are becoming a favorite. The programming is second to none. They put proper mechanics at the forefront, and build off of that solid foundation.Look no further wherever you are on your fitness journey. Lions Den SMP is the place to be.

Can’t say enough good things about this gym. The coaches, the members, the facility - these guys just get it. Intelligent, evidence-based program design with thoughtfully selected exercises that address literally every aspect of fitness. You’re just not going to find this level of programming at most gyms - it’s clear these guys are constantly staying up to date with the latest training techniques and science surrounding health/wellness. The coaches are highly educated and provide great instruction and feedback. Environment is very welcoming and the owners, coaches, and members are all super friendly. Place is super clean and the equipment is gold-standard. Cannot recommend this gym enough!

I have been a gym goer for almost two decades. I have worked out at both chains like PF and 24H. As well as small individual boutique gyms. Out off all the locations I have been at Lions Den is the hands down best for a variety of reasons. Every person who works at the gym has some sort of training background. It is very refreshing to be able to ask anyone about a fitness question and they have an answer that makes sense and is grounded in research. If I ever need a had they all know how to spot and adjust the form if something is off. Additionally, everyone knows my name. I have my trainer who is awesome (Justin) and on the days I am not working with him I am greeted by name by every other trainer in the facility. This is a huge rarity, most places I have worked out at I was lucky if the person I was working with remembered my name without looking at the booking schedule. The team at Lions Den is outstanding and while the faculty is small they have everything I could want or need for my fitness goals. The only downside is that the location of the gym is hard to find if you are not specifically looking for it. The gym is located in a basement and the entrance is on the side of the building so you cannot see the entrance or signage from the road. This location and the staff are a hidden gem in the Tech Center and I cannot say enough great things about the new fitness home I have found.

I had a great experience with the Lion Dens Resilient: Body & Mind program. I joined the program last year when I was just starting to get back into fitness and health, and even though I was only there for a short time, it helped kickstart and revitalize my fitness journey.I have to say that Sarah Martin, the coach of the program, is truly wonderful. She's very caring and it's clear that she cares a lot about her clients. Her dedication to her clients' well-being was evident from the very beginning, and I found it to be incredibly motivating and inspiring.I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a supportive program, and definitely give Sarah credit for helping me kickstart my fitness journey and getting to where I'm at today.I highly recommend this program to anyone who's looking for guidance and support on their fitness journey. And to Sarah, thank you so much for being such a wonderful coach!

This place is fantastic but I love the people. I've done some work with Sarah Martin and she gets it. She listens to what I am looking for and creates a plan around that. We started with a mobility assessment and continued on from there. If anyone is looking to step into their fitness goals, this is the place to do it, Sarah is the person to work with. It is not an intimidating environment and the 1-1 approach is excellent. Thanks again Sarah!

This gym has changed my perspective on how to work out. The classes are fun and creative with a heavy focus on mobility rather than just lifting heavy. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will help you modify any exercises if you have injuries. Kim, Sarah, and Ian are all incredible teachers and I always look forward to the classes they have planned.

Sarha has been a great instructor for the last three months as I waited to gain the strength and ease nerve pain from Sciatica, which I have been suffering for over six months. Less than two months later after working out with her, my sciatica pain is almost gone!I was extremely impressed by Sarha's knowledge of body structure and functions. The best part of working with her is that she follows through with me before and after each session. She remembers what my problem was from the last session and is always available when I have any questions. I felt safe and encouraged.I highly recommend working with Sarha, especially for anyone with physical problems that require attention.Ebi kondo

I love Lions Den! Ever since joining this gym about a month ago, I felt very motivated to come to group classes almost every day. There are classes offered in the early morning, at noon and in the evening - good, varied range of different options. Each class is a perfect mix of challenging and fun, and they’re never the same, so it never gets boring! I really enjoy the kettlebell flow and mace workouts led by amazing coach Sarah Martin, it’s awesome to learn new movements and see what your body is capable of. The strength training classes helped me to improve my form and feel more confident lifting heavier weights. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is great. Thank you!

We’ve been looking for a gym in our area for some time, and feel so lucky to have found Lions Den. It is by far the best gym I’ve been to that truly focuses on proper form and also mobility. Each instructor is welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. The programming is great and the small class size allows for individual attention in a group setting. We truly feel like we’ve found a supportive community and look forward to our workouts!

Lions Den is hands down the best gym I’ve joined. I’ve worked out in traditional gyms for over 10 years and tried CrossFit for a couple years; it wasn’t for me, but I found I enjoyed the group class/session structure. Enter Lions Den — the classes are led by very knowledgeable and attentive trainers, and the top-notch programming is great for both anaerobic strength and cardio conditioning. If you’re at home with free weights (kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells) and like going heavy, there’s plenty of that, unlike a lot of other popular group gym classes. If you’re new and a bit nervous with free weights, the coaches will get you up to speed, and the community is very supportive and welcoming. I joined Lions Den for the knowledgeable coaches and excellent programming emphasizing strength and movement, and I stuck around for the fantastic community. Give it a try!
