Master Collision Specialists is a highly recommended, family-owned and operated body shop. The team does phenomenal, great, and perfect work, making cars look new again. They are amazing, very good, extremely nice, professional, helpful, patient, and fair. The staff is very responsive, providing updates and check-ins to keep customers in the loop. They are known for finishing on time and take great care of clients, even assisting with rental agencies and insurance matters. Customers state they would not bring their car anywhere else and definitely recommend Master Collision.
They worked on a few dents and paint transfer on my Lexus 350 Rx. It looks like new! Very good work. And extremely nice to work with. Helped me find a rental agency and even drove me over. Highly recommend them.

Great people, great work. Delays in body shops are commonplace BUT the insurance companies, as usual, unnecessarily delay reimbursement and play their usual insurance game. State Farm may be one of the worst offenders…they have been jerking us around for a month and counting.
