“Really smooth experience overall! My bumper was pretty messed up and needed a full replacement, plus some paint work to match the rest of the body. I was mostly worried about the insurance paperwork, but they took over the communication with my adjuster, so I didn't have to spend hours on hold. The color match on the new bumper is spot on, and you would never know there was a giant crack there last week. Highly, highly recommend them!”
“I inherited a sweet 1970 Chevy Malibu Convt 15 years ago. For 15 years l have been seeking an honest, knowledgeable mechanic. For 15 years it has been a money dump and then purely by taking a wrong street l saw their 9th and South Downing place. From there I was sent to their place on West Tennessee. There l met Ken. He took the car and discovered how past work was either just falling apart or was ignored. I was awed and more than grateful. Now my 1970 Malibu will be living at his garage for several weeks till he can get to it. Community Auto Repair is filled with people, mechanical to body who understand these cars but more so the people who own them. It took lots of years and LOTS of poor quality work before l found Community Auto and l feel blessed. I feel so safe that l might just get the bird andConnecticut onnecticut. “I had a great experience at Colorado Collision & Hail. I had a scratch fixed and the plastic trim replaced over my wheel. Everything moved very quickly and I was walked through honest pricing. As a woman going to a body shop alone, it was important to me to not feel like I was being ripped off or talked into things I didn’t actually need. Everyone there was so friendly, explained exactly how much the part cost, how much labor cost, and if I wanted to get more done what it would be and if not there was absolutely no pressure. They did a great job on the repair and I will definitely be going back if I need any additional repairs done. I would recommend for great service, quality repairs, and honest /fair pricing.”

“Best mechanic I have been to. My jeep dealer quoted me $2000 on a repair for a gasket cover leak. I went to Carl for a second opinion and he power washed the area and found that I didn’t have a leak at all and my car was perfectly fine. Save me so much time and money. I got my car back within an hour of dropping it off. Will be returning for any needs my car has.”

Pricing was fair and everything was done in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and competent. They even gave my car a wash before returning it to me. “3R has set up all my cars for the street/track, doing alignments and corner balancing. They also installed the limited slip rear diff in my 911. This past spring they did an alignment/corner balance to the 911 and the car just felt nervous and skittish. I don't drive it much, so some time passed and I felt reluctant to bring it up to 3R. A friend encouraged me to do so and 3R was amazing in their response. They asked me to drop the car off, drove the car with me, took notes as to my impressions and then re-aligned and corner balanced the car to the specs that I'd initially requested. I'm happy to report that the car feels amazing! 3R took care of this for me and I'm happy to recommend them!”

When I called, Amy was patient and answered all of my questions since it was my first time needing to get a car fixed. They were able to look at my car and pre-order parts so once I dropped my car off they were able to fix it and get it back to me in a little under 2 weeks.
