“Irma and T were amazing! I had to take my mom for some labs for her Dr. I was stressed since mom has dementia and had torn all her cards out of her wallet and I couldn't find them. T assured me they could still do labs without her insurance card and helped me get her checked in. Irma was very kind even though my mom repeated herself a lot, and Irma was able to get a vein on the first try which never happens with my mom. I am so grateful to both of them!!!”

“Arrived before 7AM on a Monday before Thanksgiving. My dr's office had sent in my order. Checked in on the kiosk then went to front desk. An employee was there and took me back to have my blood draw. It was very quick and all the employees were professional and very nice people. I parked in the valet parking across the street at the other entrance. Thank you for the good service!”
“I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment, that's just how my schedule worked out that day. I received the check-in text, checked in, and was asked to come in within minutes. They had all the Walk-In Lab info already, so no paperwork to fill out. I'd say I was parked there a total of 10 minutes. It could not have gone better.
FYI I showed up at 11:45am. There seemed to be a line starting at 12:00pm as I was leaving, so maybe that would have been a bad time for an appt.”
“I rarely write Google reviews but I felt like I needed to for my recent experience. Based on the other reviews here, I don't know if I was just extremely lucky but my experience was excellent.
Parking was definitely crowded but I just hunted around for a few minutes before finding a spot and, either way, parking at a hospital isn't really under Labcorp's control.
I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and checked in through the link that was previously sent to my email. Exactly at my appointment time a friendly older lady called me in to the desk and began putting my paperwork into the system. After a few minutes, she shuttled me back to a room and I found out she would also be performing my blood draw.
For the blood draw, she found the vein on the first try, collected the samples, confirmed my information, and sent me on my way. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and she was very friendly and efficient the whole way.
Again, maybe I was just lucky but I have never had this good of an experience with a Labcorp blood draw before so I will definitely be coming back to this location over any of the others in the area.”

Chris was extremely helpful and understanding. I didn’t feel ignored like I have other places and rarely see customer service as exceptional.”
