“Went to the location with a bad laceration on my shin. The staff was able to get me seen before I could even sit in the waiting room. Dr. Lawrence and staff were extremely helpful and performed superbly. Everyone was highly personably and genuinely cared. I highly recommend Rose Central Park ER to anyone in the area who needs assistance. Additionally, the facilities were very clean and nice.”

“Irma and T were amazing! I had to take my mom for some labs for her Dr. I was stressed since mom has dementia and had torn all her cards out of her wallet and I couldn't find them. T assured me they could still do labs without her insurance card and helped me get her checked in. Irma was very kind even though my mom repeated herself a lot, and Irma was able to get a vein on the first try which never happens with my mom. I am so grateful to both of them!!!”

Parking was definitely crowded but I just hunted around for a few minutes before finding a spot and, either way, parking at a hospital isn't really under Labcorp's control.
I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and checked in through the link that was previously sent to my email. Exactly at my appointment time a friendly older lady called me in to the desk and began putting my paperwork into the system. After a few minutes, she shuttled me back to a room and I found out she would also be performing my blood draw.
For the blood draw, she found the vein on the first try, collected the samples, confirmed my information, and sent me on my way. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and she was very friendly and efficient the whole way.
Again, maybe I was just lucky but I have never had this good of an experience with a Labcorp blood draw before so I will definitely be coming back to this location over any of the others in the area.”

Chris was extremely helpful and understanding. I didn’t feel ignored like I have other places and rarely see customer service as exceptional.”
