“I am amazed how quickly the response time was by the after hours representative on a non-emergent call to Premier Medical Corp. Their friendly personal service and calming explanation of their oxygen machine humidifier eased my mind and helped me calm my hospice client's worry about her oxygen machine. It is a state-of-the-art machine, with such a quiet whispering sound that it is actually calming for the client. The rep on the phone explained that someone would come directly out to add the additional hose missing for the humidifier that will add moisture to add to the client's comfort. Thank you for making my client's night manageable and worry-free. We both think the world of Premier and it's staff. “Lincare went above and beyond my expectations. I am getting ready for surgery and tried to get a CPAP beforehand. My doctor's office told me there was an 8 week wait for CPAP machines. When I called Lincare I was told they already had one for me - unbelieveable!Jack took the time to review everything with me in terms I can understand - even with a "smart CPAP".
