I feel like Im just not the right shade of beige for this store. Just because I am a lighter shade than you are, does not mean I don't understand the language you are speaking or the body language or the direct refusal to be helpful to me AT ALL.

I would not recommend this to anyone. Metro has bad service area and customer service support does not help with issues. They will run you around until you finally get so sick of it you have to walk away.

I ported my number and was told my phone was compatible so no need for a new free device.(Their current promotion for porting a new account) My phone never worked as promised and they refused my free phone the same day because I physically left the store.
