The apartments are great and feature wellness-centered pampering amenities. The amenities are top notch, from a sauna to an Olympic-size pool and hot tub, which residents enjoy. The staff is lovely and helpful. The maintenance team is pretty great and responds to requests quickly and efficiently, often resolving issues immediately. Community events, like trivia and pizza nights, are fun and help create a friendly and safe community where neighbors are helpful. The area has lots of nice restaurants and parks not far away. While most experiences are smooth, there have been occasional administrative issues, such as errors with renter's insurance charges, which required persistent communication to resolve. Minor issues like a planned water outage occur but are communicated ahead. Overall, residents describe feeling at home in a community where the little things count.
