I just moved in and so far am obsessed! The building is modern, clean, and feels very secure. The location is unbeatable. And the leasing staff is awesome- Mark has been so helpful with all our questions and ensures maintenance requests get filled super quick.

Mark is the best building manager ever. I recently had to move out before our lease was up, and Mark handled the situation with kindness, efficiency, and exceptional helpfulness during a challenging time. A huge thank you to Mark! I cannot recommend the building management at Modera River North highly enough!
