The management team receives high praise, noted as amazing, caring, and exceptionally helpful, with building management that cannot be recommended highly enough. Residents report an amazing experience living there. However, significant concerns are raised about extra fees. These are described as out of this world and higher than any other apartment, including charges for automatic valet trash, a private utility service with setup and monthly fees, high common area fees, and automatic enrollment in additional services. Some residents are really disappointed by these unexpected costs. Additionally, the walls are noted as super thin, leading to noise from neighbors and dogs, which can disrupt sleep.
