MoneyGram is a business that offers various financial services, including sending and receiving money, paying bills, purchasing money orders, and adding minutes to phones. Customers generally find the staff friendly and the service quick, especially in departments like auto where assistance is accommodating and prices are reasonable. Some customers appreciate the ease of ordering groceries through the app with curbside pickup, noting that the app is user-friendly and the staff efficient and helpful. For instance, one employee was praised for filling bags properly and organizing items effectively, leading to a positive shopping experience. However, there are occasional frustrations, such as stock shortages and the need to wait for fulfilled orders, which can be inconvenient for busy schedules. Some reviews mention the store's location as easy to access, with large parking lots and a clean environment, which makes shopping more comfortable. Security concerns are noted at this location due to homeless people and car break-ins, but the presence of police and secured vehicles has improved safety perceptions. Customer experiences vary, with some encountering difficulties like lack of assistance, long wait times, or issues with credit card authorizations that can take several days to resolve. Despite these challenges, many customers highlight the store’s affordability, large product selection, and the convenience of services like bill payment and money transfer. Overall, MoneyGram provides essential financial services with generally positive customer interactions, though some improvements in inventory management and transaction processing could enhance the experience further.
I needed an oil change and Jeff in the auto department was super accommodating. They were able to get me in super fast but it did take a while to get out of there. Great customer service Great price.

I order my groceries from this store because no substitutes and on time. Believe me I've tried other stores. I always get substitutes on my list. Stocked selves and clean store.

I checked my receipt after leaving Walmart this morning because it seemed a bit more than expected. There was a $10.63 floral charge on there, I didn't buy any floral. I hesitated to go back, what proof did I have? The manager left, checked security tapes and refunded my money. How neat is that!
