“Hassan in the Men’s Suit section was incredible! Best suit shopping experience I’ve ever had. Sized me up perfectly by sight, gave me his recommendations, had me try everything on, then had me out the door within 15 minutes. Amazing experience and so glad Hassan was working!”
“Great Ross location in downtown Denver. The store is spread across two floors and has a surprisingly large selection of merchandise. Everything was pretty well organized and easy to browse, especially considering how much stuff they have. There was security on site, and the overall experience felt well managed. I stopped in just to buy a frying pan, found what I needed quickly, and checkout was smooth. Overall, a solid Ross location with a lot to choose from.”
“I go here frequently to shop. Only thing that can deter is sometimes the lines are really long and there's only a few cashiers. I've legit walked in, looked at the line and decided to come back at a different time. But place is clean, organized and staff is very nice.”
“I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a young lady with outstanding customer service. I know working in retail and dealing with the public can be challenging because some customers are hard to please. This cashier working the register at Ross greeted every person she served with a big smile and you could tell she was genuine and it appeared she actually liked her job or if she didn't, she sure looked like she enjoyed it. She asked every person a question like how their day was going, talked to kids and made fun comments about the things they were buying. I don't usually write reviews because I'm too busy but this customer service representative at Ross deserves to be recognized for her hard work and I watched her repeatedly as she went above and beyond in her position. The upper management should take the time to watch her work and appreciate her and perhaps acknowledge her work and give her a raise or paid time off because she earned it. I wish I would have written her name down because I had forgotten by the time I got home from shopping that evening. I hope management will use her as a perfect example of what good customer service looks like. Thank you to her for bringing some joy and kindness to my shopping experience. I appreciate your efforts. “I had to shop really quickly as I needed food to get ne through the night. It was a small store that had limited selection of things in the store. I did see a few cute clothes. But I was in a hurry to make then next bus to continue on to the place I was staying. I got what I needed in less than 15 minutes.”

“Hi!….I lost my phone in the grocery area yesterday. As I was panicking, Jacky was busy, busy, crazy busy!! And I normally wouldn’t ask for help because she was working so hard. Let me tell you, this Women cares about everyone in your stores!! She absolutely deserves to be paid like crazy! She’s dedicated and loyal you can tell. She hugged me after we went to customer service and they had it!! They were great also!! She went COMPLETELY out of her way for ME. Jacky, you made my year!! There really are great people and she’s the Queen of them all. I cannot forget Randy! He’s so wonderful and I guarantee nobody will steal around him because he can help 12 people and watch silly’s ALL at the same time!!

“I am blind. It was a very good experience visiting this store. From the moment I entered, I felt safe. The security guard at the door offered his assistance, and he quickly found someone who helped me find the items I was looking for. I found excellent service here, and they have very nice items for the cold weather. Excellent store!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hayley is an absolute GEM.
I came in completely panicked because I had lost my cell phone, and Hayley was incredible. I was in an absolute state of worry, and she immediately brought the stress level down. She was calm, kind, patient, and basically said, “We’re going to figure this out together. I’ve got you.”
And she did!
She helped me search, reassured me the entire time, and genuinely made me feel like helping me mattered to her. That kind of customer service is rare. It wasn’t just that she helped me find my phone. It was the way she treated me while I was stressed and overwhelmed that really stuck with me.
Hayley has an incredible ability to calm people down and make them feel supported. Give this woman a raise! She has a future as a teacher, special-needs educator, therapist, or possibly President of the United States. I don’t know. ?

“This pharmacy is amazing! Yvette and Kate give fantastic service. Roman has been been taking care of me there for years and never hesitates to go above and beyond to help a customer. They are lucky to have such genuinely kind and dedicated staff there. If you need a new pharmacy, this Walmart is where you should go!”

“In and out in an hour, great place and people, directions to get in there from I-25 south, take exit 209B, as you exit you need to move over couple lanes to the left to get off on federal blvd, turn left(south) on federal and immediately get in left lane, 2nd light 5th street turn left, go to Bryant st and turn right, go to 2nd Ave and turn left, it will turn into Tejon st, gate on right, there are lot of restrictions for trucks in that area, gps will guide you from 25 to alameda st, i didn’t go that way so I don’t know about truck restrictions coming in that way, there’s no parking available in there but I parked across from door 39 and nobody bothered me this was at midnight, the receiver came out at 04:30 and we went inside to fill out form and gave me a door.”

“Evergreen, CO I had stopped shopping at Walmart for groceries, even when cheaper than the competitor. They had stopped bagging the product and had very few check out lanes open. I had to pick up a couple non grocery items, so got a couple groceries while there. Pleasant surprise that they had more check out lanes open & very courteous clerk that bagged my groceries! Even got me help for a very heavy carryout!”

“Hello I am legally blind and using voice to text to communicate this comma so I hope it translates well since I have no one around to proofread period I have had a hard time finding my way around in walk wart because the people in charge would not assist me in finding my groceries period when I walked in there Saturday morning I could not have been more excited to get new groceries and since Lays came out with a new chip flavor I have been clamoring to get it period when I asked if I could have some assistance moving around comma your manager comma Joe comma was saying that there are no more assistants available comma and there are no okay erase that last sentence now go back and start from the beginning of wait no the end of when I was talking about the chip flavor okay so I was all excited to get this new chip flavor and so I asked manager Joe if he could get it for me period he declined and said that there are no more helpers available but if I could wait then there could be someone to help me find them period I sat there for like wait go back he said something else what did he say oh yeah he was like oh yeah wait go back the part where he is saying that he is going to get someone to find them for me so I am waiting there for three hours and no one came to help me which waisted my whole day period I guess rant over period.”
“I like this walmart compared to a lot of other ones I've been too. The are handicap accessible for everything. They have public restrooms (as clean as any other walmarts bathrooms are). They have self checkout, pick up, and delivery options. You can pay with card or cash or gift cards. Inside they have a subway I believe, a bank, and an eye doctor. Their shelves are usually ALWAYS full. All in all I like this walmart.”

“I've never had a better customer service than I did when I came in here. I was helped by several people yet Olive and Hannah stood out to me. I had to buy a new cologne for my husband but I didn't know much about the cologne section. Hannah helped me to figure out what notes I was looking for and what had a more professional scent. Her knowledge about it was incredible. Then my check out was super speedy thanks to Olive!
She was fun the whole time and made me laugh. Olive truly made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. Thank you!”
