Solely a review for Gilbert the maintenance guy he was amazing extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service is amazing. The best customer service experience I’ve had since living here. Truly a shame that the company is losing him.

As working for security at one of the merchants and have seen all that Gilbert folks has does for this building.
Unfortunately the new recruits have no sense of work ethic.
Any time I asked for clean up or snow removal I could always count on G.F never let's his residents down.

I have lived at Neon Local since June 2022 and have been very happy here. Management has always been very helpful and friendly. Gilbert in maintenance does great work and gets the job done!
