The owner is a fantastic, amazing, and motivated trainer who dedicates all her time to the facility. She is very driving, down-to-earth, kind, and super positive. She believes in you, cares about helping you reach your goals, and tailors plans to individual needs—be it overall wellness, strength, pro-performance, or specific preparations. She ensures exercises are done correctly and works around schedules and injuries. The training environment really caters to the individual, and the community is amazing. Highly recommended.

Nikki is your go to for strength training needs. You won't meet anyone better in the area! She is a motivated and very driving person to reach your goals. Great personality and very down to earth. She dedicates all of her time to the gym!
