there was no soap just sprayed water the whole time. I wasted 11 bucks and they don't even have a place for me to request a refund.

It’s OK for the price, but the cleaning rollers don’t even reach part of my windows. So, if you are just needing a cheap quick rinse, it’s better than nothing.

Car came out dirty after the wash. I told the attendant about it and they blamed it on the soap and gave me another code. It was still dirty after the second wash and soap fix.. The soap was sprayed on the car during the rinse cycle
