Lost all my trust with them, made payment to account and the lostmitigationdepartment still labeled my account as past due. Wont be recommending Credit Unions to anyone anymore.

This new update is horrible. It caused me to lose access to all my other accounts. I can’t get payday loan or same-day cash advances or nothing because it no longer connects to plaid this was not a good idea, and I will probably be changing banks
