Radius Uptown Apartments is a stylish high-rise community right outside of Downtown Denver, moments away from the best dining, shops, and entertainment in the city. The neighborhood is great and an easy walk to many destinations. The property itself is well-maintained and the community feels welcoming and supportive, with friendly residents. Many find their actual apartment units to be clean, enjoyable spaces, with some noting thoughtful design for accessibility. The office staff is frequently described as amazing, incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They are attentive, professional, and make the leasing and moving process smooth and stress-free, offering clear guidance and multiple options. The maintenance crew is also noted as being awesome. However, there has been a noticeable shift in staff over the past year, with some residents reporting that service is not as good as it was previously, citing slower responses to issues like elevator outages and changes to package handling. Despite these service concerns, which some feel are sub-par compared to the past, many residents seriously love the community and recommend living there. The overall experience is overwhelmingly positive for most, with some noting it is a valid deal for the right price.

The whole office team at Radius has been so incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful with our move. Jesse was our leasing agent and from day 1 he's been so awesome and made the whole process as easy as possible. We've had a great experience!

I've only lived here for a few months, but have really enjoyed my time here. The building is clean, everything functions, and the staff is particularly kind and efficient. Special shoutout to Jesse for helping with the move-in process and answering the many questions!
