“Deviree represented us buying our first home in Denver. I'll admit, I've often thought the primary purpose of a realtor is to open doors for viewings and to send contracts for signature. I love to be surprised on the service side, which happens so rarely these days. But surprised I was. Dev provided us with highly skilled and personalized service. There simply aren't enough stars (or nice things) to say about Scott (and his wife, Gina!!). The man is a real estate unicorn in a market that's known to be really tough.
He sold our house and helped us buy the next one, treating the entire process like it was his own family's biggest move. Professionalism on lock, attention to detail that's borderline obsessive (in the best way), and a work ethic that makes you wonder if he ever sleeps.
On the selling side: He knew exactly what buyers wanted before they even knew it themselves, staged our place like an HGTV pro, priced it perfectly, and—get this—had it under contract in under two weeks!. Yeeep, less than 14 days! While most people are still praying for showings after a month, Scott just casually speedran the whole thing.
Then on the buy: Negotiated a deal so good we’re still pinching ourselves. Serious upside on the new place, and he fought for every single detail like a champ.
He's smooth with words (the good kind—no sleaze, just pure persuasion), always looks sharp (that hair doesn't slick itself), and closes deals like it's his God-given talent. Responsive, unflappable, and genuinely above-and-beyond in ways I doubt 999 out of 1,000 realtors would even attempt.
If you wanna win, PUT SCOTT IN!!! We'd buy/sell 1000 more houses with him if we could.
5 stars is an insult. This guy is legitimately one in a million.

“Mr. Neil Spencer was recommended to me when it came time to sell my house. Upon a home inspection, it was discovered that the house would need some serious repairs. This resulted in a very difficult sale. Neil recommended an engiineering co. Recommended a construction company and we got the HOA involved. I approved all of these and Neil took over as if it was his personal home. Neil communicated with me as needed, he kept all the workers coordinated until the job was completed. The house then sold in one day.
I would recommend Neil to anyone that needs a good person in need of a real estate expert.
