The fact that you don't allow dogs in your store is mind-boggling to me. Immediate deal breaker.

Patrick was phenomenal and helped me with my new snowboard boots. I dunno if it was on his birth certificate but ‘SkiDaddy’ was also a great resource too. This location has always come through for me and I’ll continue to visit for my equipment needs.

The merchandise and the sales staff are terrific at all the stores with the Flagship having the best selection and deserve 5 stars. However, be very careful about time - whether shopping, trying on clothes or shoes, or waiting in the always existing checkout line. Parking can eat up any savings from sales or member discounts. $20 for just 2 hours and a few minutes

REI now charges for parking depending on how long you stay.I spent $300 in cronically understaffed shoe department, and spent another 1/3 of my time in other departments waiting for staff help. Then found I had to pay to leave the parking lot.

The team who took care of me when doing a ski boot fitting really did an outstanding job! They took their time to make sure I was getting properly educated with the fitting.

Cashier Claudia bombarded me with too many attempts at up-selling me and yelled at me for telling her it was too much. She told me I should buy ten things from the nutrition area to get 10% off. She asked me if I wanted to buy a membership. She asked me if I wanted to buy a membership for somebody else. And she told me I was going to make my purchase with my rewards today instead of giving me a choice for it. I hope this feedback makes it to her supervisor. You guys can do better. Instead, I left feeling agitated.

Yall say you’re inclusive but don’t even carry women’s shoe sizes beyond 11. You can do better. The brands even go higher without even needing to be special ordered like HOKA. I’d like to spend my money, rei refund, etc but clearly can’t because yall are short sighted

It's insane how I can spend a ton of money at REI and still have to pay for parking. Please make it make sense.Edit: Wild that on a Thursday night, still waiting on a long line. You can see the greed of the executives. Also still making folks pay for parking to come here?Second edit: Still 1 star, I'll keep reviewing until you stop charging so much for parking. Staff are great, but I saw someone that looked like an executive/manager berating someone, and I could tell the staff got that 'nervous' look while he walked passed. Idk gave "that manager" vibe.

I received a Christmas gift from REI, and came to this store to exchange it (wrong size). Holy wow at the shenanigans I had to go through to get this done! Two store visits, two circles around this giant store, 7 phone calls, 3 weeks, and one cancelled order later, I was told a manager would offer me something for my troubles (I didn’t ask, it was offered). I was then told I needed to pay ~$2 to exchange the item ??♀️ I refused and was finally allowed to do an even exchange. They did end up giving me a $20 gift card to cover the $2, which I’ll be using elsewhere. I’ll avoid this disorganization in the future.
