I moved my belongings here after a frustrating experience at LoDo Self Storage, and the difference is night and day.

I was paying $87 a month for a tiny 5x5 unit at LoDo.
At Greenbox, I upgraded to a much larger 5x10 unit for only $20 more, and I get 24-hour access so I can handle my business whenever it fits my schedule.
You don't have to worry about petty rules, hostile management, or arbitrary restrictions on using your unit.

“The location did a wonderful job. Your corporate reservation system was completely overwhelmed by the volume of business. This makes no sense. Based upon your reservations you knew that your system would collapse and you did nothing to prevent it. People were waiting for hours to get their vehicles. The last Saturday in May is your Black Friday. Do better Uhaul!”

He was patient with us, explained and gave us options, helped us buy a part to get the trailer hitched, and generally helped us in an above and beyond measure. I could not have felt more appreciative and grateful for a positive experience. His patience and time helped me feel comfortable to drive the trailer and make 28473 decisions to get the trailer actually attached to my car. 10/10 experience!”

“U-Haul has problems sometimes, but my U-Box experience was flawless, especially on the Denver warehouse's end. Alexandrea and the rest of the warehouse crew were all courteous, helpful, and prompt. Literally could not ask for better staff.All in all, I got a small apartment worth of stuff (including a fragile old china/curio cabinet) from NJ to CO, safely and conveniently, for ~$1500 total. Estimates for other options ranged from $2500 to $4500.This includes having the box dropped at a house in NJ, picked up a few days later, arriving in Denver in about one week, and then making several trips to the Denver warehouse to unload. (They have multiple options for delivery but for my situation it was easiest to just go to the warehouse.)A couple suggestions if you are thinking about using a U-Box:1. If you have a tight deadline for the container to arrive, you may be playing with fire, as the transit time likely varies. I didn't have a pressing need for anything in the box (I can live without a china cabinet for an extra week), so that removed a lot of stress/uncertainty.2. When packing the box, consider that it is going to get fork-lifted multiple times. If you've seen a professional operate a fork-lift, you have a sense of the kind of acceleration your load will experience. There are tiedown points all over the inside of the box, so use them. Follow the loading instructions or ask someone who knows before you close up your box for shipping.3. Get a combination padlock for the box so that keys don't have to be shipped cross-country too.So basically if you load properly and don't have to stress about transit times, U-Box is a great option. And once it gets to the Denver warehouse it is in very good hands.”

“Great staff and decent amount of space at this location to navigate with a truck towing a trailer. I hauled a trailer from Washington state to this location for Uhaul while traveling to Oklahoma. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly and attentive. He processed my drop off immediately and started my refund for delivering their trailer within minutes. I'm not 100% sure but I think I remember his name was Paul , he deserves a raise or at a minimum, a free lunch!”

“This is a gas station location. There is not a separate window for the truck rentals. The only customer working that day was able to get me on the phone with his supervisor who was able to get me out of there in under an hour. Customer service seems to have improved but I would not recommend this location if they are busy.”
“The battery died on me but they were so quick to respond and repair the truck. The operator was so quick to send help and the repairman got to my location sooner than expected. Very good service, I’ll keep renting from u haul, thank you”
