“Wow, what an upgrade from Public Storage! This place is clean and everything works! I went to see my unit on my own. It was very easy to just pop it open check it out. The lightbulb worked everything was in great repair. There was a dolly cart on each end of the building. I walked into the office to introduce myself to the property manager. I was amazed it smelled and looked like the maid service just left. The property manager is sweet, kind and honest. We talked about why I was getting a storage unit and that I was moving over from public storage It’s like night and day between the two companies! Idgaf about their move in for a dollar for the 1st month. Those guys jacked up my rent by $150 the third month in. They had some homeless people hanging out in a car inside of their storage place and they body blocked me into my unit while I was by myself. I will never again use public storage. This place is nice! No homeless people living in the units.”

“The entire team I worked with was great. I had a reservation for a 3/4 ton pickup to pull my travel trailer to Utah and back. while they had some unexpected inventory issues come up on the day of the rental... They kept me regularly updated as they were finding a vehicle. In the end, they pulled a brand new one off their holding lot which worked out great for me.”

“After an incredibly stressful move, getting sick, being sore from moving, & administrative confusion contacting corporate for help, Brittany was a real HERO helping with the return process!!! I cannot say enough good things about Brittany. She kindly & clearly laid out the details of our rental, & helped me understand where some confusion came into play & never made me feel poorly about struggling to navigate the process. She was extremely helpful, positive, & experience-focused at the end of a hard time moving which made the whole thing so much easier & more enjoyable. Thanks to Brittany we will absolutely be using U-Haul services again in the near future. My husband & I are exploring Colorado in short-term, furnished homes but want to bring our own flare like kitchen, closets, & comforts each time we move—for this reason we utilize moving rentals every few months. We had been frustrated with the experience until speaking with Brittany, now we will be returning again & again. Special shout out to the hitch pro (who's name I didn't catch, but he's a tall younger guy with glasses) he went above and beyond in helping me make sure everything was good with installation. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in his work.”

We weren’t renting from this location but had a question / needed to modify our rental agreement on a car we had picked up at the airport. “I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”
