Very ill and tried to have a prescription refilled by the PHARMACIST “DREW”, he literally yelled and over talked me while I tried relate personal information which made me feel very unsafe as he literally will handle my medicine. He just hung up and proceeded to intentionally ignore my calls. I called from a different number and he answered. Im sure hell conveniently forget to fill it. This is clearly intentional and highly negligent especially for such a profession. There is clear proof in the phone call and on my phone records. I’m sure the Safeway owner will have a showy response of goodwill with no action to remedy or look into and correct clear ILLEGAL RETALIATION MALPRACTICE BY PHARMACIST “DREW”.

Had to go here because of the King Soopers strike. This is the worst grocery store I've been to in a long time. Everything is a doller more expensive than King Soopers, they want you to pay for healthcare items at a different register and most of their self checkouts are closed for no reason.

Wow, no workers are actually cashiering and I have been in the customer service line for an hour and 15 minutes. That's a really long time for nothing out of the ordinary taking place. Just really slow incompetent workers everywhere. The worker in which I asked for the bathroom seemed WAY too happy to tell me where it was, but... "IT'S OUT OF ORDER"...??? Oh lord, the worst is the horrible attitude these workers have. Hopefully this is just a burn out from the Christmas season, but that just started, so I cannot really say.

If you are a service dog handler stay far away from this place! The staff allows pets into store that are clearly not service animals. (which is illegal) Just yesterday (02/13/25) my service dog was almost attacked while we were trying to bag our groceries by an extremely overweight dog in a vest that said “best friend” and was on a retractable leash. If it weren’t for the King Soopers strike I would never go in this place again. After the event happened the cashier (Butrious Faroun) defended the owner of the aggressive dog saying that “dogs are allowed in the store.” My partner and I then informed him of what the law is to which he replied “well, we can’t do anything unless they’re being aggressive.” DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!!!!!

I've had a lot of history with this supermarket. I generally go there for a quick shopping trip but prefer to shop at other places. I don't think the prices are very good and there have been various issues like all the carts getting stolen various times. However, I would say that it does feel like things are getting better and I encourage everybody working there to keep putting in the effort. I appreciate the carts don't lock at the doors now. I'm happy to come in occasionally and support the store.

Shout out to Bryan in Meat/seafood.. he consistently goes out of his way to help with kindness and such a nice smile, also Alexia in pick up extremely efficient and compassionate. Self checkout assistants always helpful and friendly. I thank all the armed guards for keeping us all safe and putting their lives at risk for the rest of us! If you’re not doing anything wrong you should feel the same way about them. This store has the nicest employees in the Denver area, worth going to just for that! Thanks so much 😊

Today at Safeway I had gotten served wonderful customer service the lady name is Neoma if I misspelled her name I truly apologize but she is a great employee that work over and beyond her job duty thank you for your service/08/07/2024 I would also like to get a picture that works in Starbucks 5 stars for working over and above his job duty and he was very, very professional. Thank you. On 11/17/2024 I would like to give Mrs. Waverley 5 stars for working over and beyond her job duty.She's very professional though it carries staff in a professional matter.She's a great team player. I will awesome like to give Team on first shift 5 Stars as well. Miss Dora is a very hard worker. She's very professional and care for customers and their products that they buy. Is february tenth twenty twenty five I would like to give Phil the self help cashier five stars for working above and beyond his job duty he was very professional.

Thank you Safeway for being open on Christmas Day. Not everyone is on holiday. Everyone at my local Safeway was very polite and courteous considering the influx of shoppers
