“The repair quality at Feral Denver is nothing short of amazing! Needed a new (and better quality) main zipper on my favorite down sweater. My regular tailor declined; said just buy a new one because replacement/cost was too much work. Feral said no problem. I was expecting a utilitarian repair, but they did such an exceptional job you would never know it was repaired. And the larger zipper/ hardware is WAY better quality. Expect to get many more years out of this item. HIGHLY recommend these folks!”

My go-to for shoes, packs, gels/nutrition, socks, bottles, and clothes. When buying shoes, employees here are so great at helping to find the best shoe for what I need, no matter how many I try on or how long it takes. They also have a 30 day return window for shoes, worn or not, which is ???

They did such a great job with the tuneup and cassette replacement on my Pinarello road bike and Matt even tweaked the fit for me when I picked the bike up, after I mentioned possibly wanting some adjustments. “My jacket had a broken zipper that couldn't be repaired due to the material it was made with so the store referred me to the customer service folks. Over the course of a couple weeks I worked with Connor to get a replacement ordered. My replacement was sent to the Denver store and after trying it on and realizing it wasn't "the one" Samantha offered to get me into something that was perfect. She was friendly and helpful and I felt super appreciative to get into an amazing new coat. Big props to Connor and Samantha, you two rock!”

He really went above and beyond, giving us some savings tips, checking on prices and putting away items that didn’t work out. Also heped with shipping home. All his hard work paid off as we ended up getting several items we most likely would not have otherwise. Great customer service.”

“If you have not visited this location, you need to very soon. I found the Northfield location to be warm and welcoming from the minute you enter to the time that you leave. I was there to make a firearm purchase and I must commend the staff working with the firearms. They were professional and knowledgeable about the particular firearm I was searching for that day. I chose to go late evening to skip the crowds and the wait times in order to get my purchase completed faster. I was able to fill out all the required documents electronically and get them submitted for the 3-day waiting period. I appreciate the ease of getting everything done. I should also I mention that I did speak with a representative via chat online and that experience was great too. If you are looking to fish, hunt, or prepare yourself for an outdoor adventure, this location has what you are looking for on any day.”

“First of all Austin is awesome, super nice guy and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE. He helped me pick out a complete build to get back into scooting and it is awesome. He got me exactly what I was looking for and it was actually significantly cheaper than i expected. Within an hour I was out the door with my new scooter and more comfortable than ever shredding at the park. This place is great for scooter parts and much better than shopping online. An employee named Gatwick greeted me warmly and was patient during my decision making process. He had extensive product knowledge and took care in explaining the design and function of various bags I was considering. I ended up purchasing 2 bags for my trip, and I am so glad I did! Initially I thought Topo was a commissions based company, and I am bummed to learn that it is not. This was one of the best retail experiences I have ever had and cannot speak more highly of Gatwick. If he is not a manager already then I hope he continues his successful career at Topo, as he is a natural and very friendly salesman.”
