Horrible customer service. They up charged for the car and had a snarky attitude at the front desk, treating me like I was the idiot. Then again at the gate leaving after receiving my car rental the attendant treated me with attitude for not handing her the rental agreement immediately. I’m driving a vehicle, give me a second to reach to the seat beside me to hand you the papers. Manager was no help either.

Got a great price to Hopper app and I would use them again. The car was clean and new. Be careful when they ask you if you want the normal insurance… Which means your paying for their insurance. Mostly you don’t want that.

My original quote before my trip was$185 for 5 days,I understand that there are fees so I was expecting maybe paying up to $300 but my total they emailed me after getting back was 458.38 after all their hidden fees.This is SUCH A SCAM! If their estimated totals were similar to the final price people could budget and plan accordingly.This is such a smack in the face to all their customers who provide them a living!

Worst experience ever. Can’t get ahold a human being via email or phone. No number for the local branch. Filed a simple claim over a week ago with absolutely no response.DO NOT use them. Avoid. Rent a bicycle instead. Anybody but them.Will anyone ever return my calls or emails?

Was in and out in 10 minutes. Service was great. Returning the car was easy.Definitely would rent from here again next ski season!

Called lost and found within hours of dropping my car off tracked the air pods for days the the store then the. Show up at an employee’s home.. no call back for a bunch of thriving piles of would rent from these sorry low life waste of spaces.

I have always had problems with third party companies and car rentals so I was told to go direct. I needed an AWD vehicle for my ski trip…mandatory for Colorado’s Rt 70. I tried booking online but there was no way to specify AWD on the reservation so I called Thrifty Direct. They indicated that requesting an AWD was an issue with their website. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone and them telling me to order online, I was finally able to speak with customer service and booked the reservation. I told customer service the entire situation and that I couldn’t rent through them unless she guaranteed me AWD. She said numerous times that this was guaranteed to be AWD. When I arrived in Denver they would only give me an AWD if I upgraded the vehicle and paid an extra $30 per day. The manager would not upgrade at the same rate even though I was guaranteed AWD. I will never rent through Thrifty AGAIN. So annoyed.

So not sure why so many bad reviews I was greeted right away the guy made us laugh a lot and was nice . He wasn’t pushy when I was firm on no extras I had premium insurance already he didn’t hound me over it the car was ok I wanted a small car but got upgraded to a bigger car free I would have been happier with a smaller car the windows were very dirty so we had to clean them ourselves took us 30’mins but in return they took care of us and gave a credit for future rental. The manager was nice I explained prior damage to the car before we took it out and expressed they should fix the car before the next person because it’s hard to see had the check out guy note it before leaving the lot with the car. So far everything is as promised got final receipt before leaving all in all I would rent here again and just choose my car better thanks for a good honest experience and I am a tough customer so thank you

I picked up my vehicle at 10am on a Wednesday. They had so few busses running that they were all filled beyond capacity and would not let us on. Upon return, the 24/7 shuttle never showed up at 4:30AM and I had to pay for an Uber with several other of your customers. Did I also forget to mention every car was filthy and had damage? DO NOT BOOK HERE. YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR IT LATER

Too worst rental care company on the planet. Nothing but thieves here. The lady insisted me to take higher expensive car and she wants to charge for gas. All information she provided is wrong and she was rude. She doesn’t want to help and she said no AWD cars available take expensive car but i rejected when i go for pick up car they have AWD cars and took it. Please listen everything from her and respond carefully.

This is a very nice place to rent a car , the facilities are ample, the staff very courteous and professional, we have an early flight and have to return the car at 2 o'clock in the morning, it was very easy to do and the airport shuttle was right there waiting for us to get to the airport that is 15 minutes away, recommended ?

Worst rental care company on the planet. Nothing but thieves here. I specifically told the lady DO NOT ADD insurance or any adds except for the 49.99 gas charge. I return 6 days later and the rude agent added nearly $300 of extra charges for the rip off insurance and concession fees. I already have full coverage and I am in the insurance business so obviously I never added that junk and the lady knew it. The manager does not care about anyone. He even made me wait an hour just to speak with him as if we never existed and then told me that he will have to file some claim. I am sure this will never happen. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card. Believe me I will take this all the way to the top and post so many reviews all over the internet to avoid this place with a plague. Bunch of scammers. Everyone was so rude too. The employees were rude to everyone in line as well. Berating all the customers as if they were retarded. I knew they would try this on me and the reason I insisted to see the bill as soon as I returned from our short vacation at Winter Park, CO. They kept telling me do not worry you will get an email later. Go figure! It took me over an hour just to get the dang bill and finally to the supervisor and Manager which both could have care less about me or any customer in the place. I wonder how many nice innocent customer they burn daily? I barely used 40% of the gas up and they even charged me for a full tank!! This actually was the only thing I agreed to, but did not realize that no matter how much gas you use Thrifty will still charge you for a full tank of gas! I mean heck this place has every option covered to totally take advantage of their innocent customers. You know why? Because probably 95% of customers will not take the time to dispute anything or write bad reviews since it is so time consuming to do so. Perfect class action lawsuit right here which I may look into next. Unbelievable.

Super efficient and very kind service! It took less than ten minutes from getting off the shuttle bus to rolling out in the rental car. Not only that, we got an upgrade to a brand new car for two dollars cheaper than our quoted rate. Sweet deal!A shout out to Louie who took one look at my extremely tall husband and called out the manager, Mo, to put us in a car with more head and leg room. Best rental car experience we’ve had in quite some time!
