I did call and reserved a truck to move my furniture and they said yes I can come and pick up but in 15 minutes they called to till me that there is no truck available.

You can't even get ahold of them even though it says they are open

I've used U-Haul exclusively when moving and the neighborhood dealers are easy to find. I've never had a problem getting the truck I need when I need it.
