My experience with the SS representatives/agents was positive. They were professional, polite and helpful on the phone. Hold time to get an agent online was relatively short. Only negative was getting a timely call back after leaving a message.

To it's under construction I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Just have to schedule an appt for early am.
