You enter the glass door to the left of the front desk, going into a hallway and through double black doors. Low rating due to the small entry port of the drop box. Couldn't fit the small box I had - and another box was there also stuck.

The box is INSIDE the building, between the front desk and the Starbucks. I had to ask because it's down this weird hallway, but the guys at the front desk were really nice!

Don't ship from here, store gets insurance claims for broken packages every week, and takes around 3 months for you to get to a resolution. Safer to use any other UPS store, or FedEx.

As far as drop boxes go, I've seen better. Save yourself some grief and effort and find a legit drop box or an official UPS store to ship from.

Walked a decently long way to get there during my lunch. Arrived and there was no one in the store- the store was open but left entirely unattended. There was a sign saying they were out and to call/text a phone number. I called and texted the phone number but no one responded. I waited for 20 minutes with no one in the store and finally left because I had to get back to work. Multiple customers came in and left while I was waiting as well. Wouldn't go here if you don't have a long time to wait!

I stopped into this store to ship extra meeting materials back home. Their store is easy for Uber/Lyft drivers to drop off. Which was essential as this was the day after the bomb cyclone winter storm. Andrew, is who helped me. He was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they all work as a team as everyone seemed willing to help keep the customers serviced efficiently.

I called into the office and I asked to speak to a manager and all of them were allegedly out of the office. The representative who “helped” I found her to be completely useless and of no help. I had a package scheduled for pickup between 10-noon and no one came and no one could tell me why they never came. I would highly recommend fedex compared to the lack of service and communication ups has to offer.

This is not for shipping services or dropping off packages. I talked with the concierge and it is actually just where the UPS person drops packages for the tenants of this building. There is a ups store inside the Colorado convention center that is only a few blocks away if you want to stay downtown
