The box is INSIDE the building, between the front desk and the Starbucks. I had to ask because it's down this weird hallway, but the guys at the front desk were really nice!

As far as drop boxes go, I've seen better. Save yourself some grief and effort and find a legit drop box or an official UPS store to ship from.

Friendly service and great location in downtown Denver. Dropped off a package and was out the door within seconds. FYI - they are located in the lower level of the Hilton @ 18th and California...just take the escalator down and make a u-turn.
