Dreadful experience. They have lost four of my packages in the last week. These are ebay packages and they are for my business. So now I am out money and product. The have lied to me multiple times. No help.

What in the entire heck are you doing with packages I am shipping??? Nothing is tracking , six customers have emailed me saying they haven't gotten their packages........ there is no excuse for this! I am not going to this location any longer , there is laziness and something not right going on. I know what I am doing on my end........ what's the problem?

Best post-office experience ever! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and my problem was resolved in 5 minutes. Everyone was delightful.

This post office is doing great! Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They are a little busier since the one on 88th closed, but they all do a fantastic job handling it. Thank you for all that you do, many of us appreciate you!

Attempted to deliver a signature required package a day prior to the expected delivery date, which happened to be on a standard work day, meaning I was at work. They won't redeliver as the address is supposedly not available for redelivery. They close at 5pm which is when people normally get off work. Leading to the fact that I am unable to pick up my package unless I take time out of my work day to retrieve it. Horrible system.

I was waiting for a certified letter from the post office. I was home all day and the mailman didn’t knock and I was downstairs the whole time. They left a peach note in my mailbox. I called in the first time and the lady was a bit rude until I got a firmer voice with her while still trying to be respectful. She told me to fill it out and leave it in my mailbox and he would leave the papers in there. Four days pass and nothing. I call again and Jefferey answered. He was so sweet and nice. He was looking for my mail for over 25 minutes and found it. He was so helpful and actually looked for me. I hope they let him know how helpful he was because that paper was important to me. Thank you Jefferey! I would give him 5 stars.

the worst post office to ever have to deal with i forwarded my mail in november temporarily and have not got any of my mail thry said there is no record of me forwarding it so i told them to hold my mail for thirty days and they are idiots tokd mevthey can hld till march 3rd mind u i put my hold in on February 21st how is that 30 days im pissed

I'm not sure why folks complain about this location in particular. All the issues this location has are the same issues the other post offices have.
This location is now the closest to me since they closed the office off of 88th and Washington. So it's absorbing the work of surrounding post offices that have closed.
The line can be long but the employees are always polite and helpful. It seems like they have less resources too compared to other offices so I think they're doing great with what they have.
They've helped me with certified mail, packages, broken mail keys etc

went in to get stamps today - and these gentleman put up with a lot of incompetent people. they deserve an award for putting up with people that can’t follow directions. for the ones that follow directions- they got them in and out

Mailman isn't ringing my door bell to deliver a package that requires a signature. I was home all day and not one time did my doorbell ring. My doorbell has no issues. The mailman simply isn't trying.

Wish I can give this post office -5 starts. Constantly delivering someone else’s mail to my house and delivering my own mail to someone else!!! Ordered Christmas cards TWICE and they keep delivering it to who’s how and where . It’s not that hard ! Just read the number on house !!!!!!!!!!

I was in there yesterday there was literally a line of about 30 people, things are moving so slow they had to close the building down because it was already time to close. Furthermore this place does not cash money orders. Think twice if you request to have a money order cashed at a post office. They all play games and tell you they don't have enough money in their door to cash your money order. I've been there 3 days in a row and they will not cash a money order. So you can give the post office your money, turn it into a money order send it to somebody and they cannot cash it. They've never have enough money on hand to cash money orders, how on Earth I have no clue. This place is so busy all day there will be a line out of the door.
I do not recommend using the United States postal service for money wire or transferring services involving money orders.
I cannot speak to anyone supervisor and every time I call them they're supervisor isn't in or they cannot cash a money order or they do not have money to make a money order. It's honestly pathetic when you think about it that the post office runs just like any other little business and depends on people coming in and paying in cash in order to pay people money orders out that they in good faith need to cash and have had paper currency turned into a useless worthless Post office money order
Anything literally is easier and safer than using a USPS money order.
Nobody gives a damn at the post office

Employee named Isaiah is extremely rude and talks to everyone like they are completely ignorant and taps his fingers and clicks his pen like he is impatient. I was in line for 30 minutes and he was clicking at us... He needs an attitude adjustment. Also they need to have more than 2 employee working the counter when there is a line to the door.
