I usually hate going to usps. This one, however, is probably the best. The workers are always kind and very helpful. Plus our mail lady Brenda is always very helpful as well!

So you get a paper telling you to come in and pick up a letter and be ready and then they cannot locate your letter so now you have to wait for it to come in the next day really bad customer service if it says it’s at the post office, it should be at the post office
