It's amazing how many packages have said they have been delivered, but we never recieved them. One being an iPhone and we were home all day and have a camera.. it was never delivered to us. And just recently ...medication... said delivered to mailbox... wasn't in there. We have a locked mail box. So either he's taking packages or he's really bad at being a mailman. Almost had a ring go missing too but suddenly he found it in his mail truck after I called.Update... they don't even attempt to deliver packages. Are building is right next to the mailboxes. They claim we weren't home and left an attempt to deliver on the mailbox. It said I could reschedule delivery so I picked a day I knew we would be home. Today, recieved this in the mail. The worst post office I have ever dealt with.

Haven’t received my mail for the pay week because they didn’t tell anyone to write our names on the mailbox or else we wouldn’t get our mail. No courtesy to tell anyone they just stopped delivering mail.

This place is horrible . Lazy people who don't want to actually do their job so they lie . Can't deliver mail properly and wants us to "watch for the mailman" . How about you just put the mail where it goes or deliver to the door instead of lying saying you tried when in fact you did not . We have cameras . We know whether or not you "attempted delivery" . Avoid this place if possible . They suck .

Yikes. The people who work here think customers can't hear when they talk in the backrooms. If you need to come in, heads up. They truly can't stand people needing help.

Good service, no line, easy transaction. I went at 1pm on a Monday, had zero issues whatsoever. Sounds like there are just a few negative Nellys writing these bad reviews.

Worst post office in Denver. They closed before their closing time.

If there was a zero star - this place would get it. I wish the USPS didn't have a monopoly on the mail. I never get my important mail - like bank statements, insurance papers, utility bills, jurors summons, property tax assessment, car registrations, etc. When you file a complaint or try to talk to someone - no one has any answers and your missing mail never shows up.

USPS needs to be either replaced or reformed. It's the worst delivery system in this country.

This location is always understaffed. Staff can be nice but are also extremely unhelpful if you have questions or need info about shipping. The wait times here vary from 15min to 40min depending on if there’s one or two people at the front desk. Parking lot is a mess because they share it with the Arc next door. I would never come here but they closed the other post office in the area, do yourself a favor and skip this one.

The people behind the counter are always so friendly and polite.

The man and woman that work the counter here do an amazing job especially considering how tough this job is - the line is always out the door and people are coming in already mad. I've had a few lost packages that they've been able to find and they're always quick and courteous with everyone. It's never "fun" having to track stuff down at the Post Office but they work their butts off.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been my local post office for over 15 years and it's horrible. Recently, I went to buy stamps. There was one person working (it was around 3pm) and I was in line for over 40 minutes. Last night, I received a lockbox key in my mailbox to get a package that was delivered. We only have 5 lockboxes in my complex for packages. The key did not fit any of the boxes! I tried calling my post office (this one) multiple times. I called once or twice every hour. Nobody answers the direct line. It just rings until it disconnects you. I have had issues for years. Writing a review because I'm over it!

Do yourself a favor and go to another post office. I went here to drop off a return package; something that takes less than a minute. This place only has one person working in the front and he was very slow. He also called on people with "pink slips" so people behind me in the line cut in front of me; so not only did I have to wait for the people in front of me, but also for the ones who arrived after me that had pink slips. Needless to say, I left without dropping off my package because I didn't have an hour to waste in line.

Doors locked well before closing time. No place to buy stamps except for the counter. Location needs a kiosk to simple purchases.

No wonder this place has such bad reviews. The white male working there is an ahole. They told me I could pick up my package on 9/21, after I was already there 9/20. Which I get it. So I came today again 9/21 to pick it up bc they said it was “oversized” to fit in my mailbox when they could’ve just left it at my front porch. I had the red slip they give you when they aren’t able to deliver the package and why is the reason. Pretty pathetic they couldn’t just drop it off on my porch like my old post office would. The usps on 84th always had good delivery drivers who were responsible and would just leave my “oversized” packages on my front porch. These people at this location suck at delivering my stuff. Horrible customer service, they don’t give a damn of course cause it’s government funded. Avoid this place if you can. Since 80229 was taken down we have to come to this joke of a place. They refused to give me my package even though I showed proof it was mine. They lie and say they can’t deliver packages so that you gotta waste your gas and time to go get it. They’re lazy. I have a cluster mailbox where I get my stuff delivered to and my house is only a block away from it, yet they were lazy and didn’t just leave it at my front porch like they used to. Do your job or quit it so someone else who actually wants to work can do that. Your job isn’t that hard for you to be acting like you can’t deliver something a block away. I also had left my ID in there bc I got into it with the front desk person, he tried to keep it too but thankfully the cops were able to get it back for me smh avoid this place. The multiple times I have been here it’s always something. They even lied and said they were going to allow us to have our mail put in a different box at that location since 84th was closed, and they lied. There was no box there with my mail after they had promised they would do that and we paid for it lol. I had to pick it up from them upfront bc they were holding it. Multiple people are dealing with this issue as well. We should be getting the services that we pay for.
