Made the mistake in assuming these were the hours. Couldn’t get in to check my post office box. Hate I wasted a trip. This should probably get taken down

Annette helped me renew my passport and was such a warm and friendly person! She was extremely fast, professional, and helpful through the whole process. She held my spot while I went to go quickly get my passport photos taken offsite. Make sure you get your passport photos taken elsewhere before you show up to renew or apply because they don’t take photos there, contrary to what the USPS customer service line says.

Annette and Kim were so lovely and so wonderful. They were patient, flexible, and supportive and made the passport application process really pleasant.

Thank you Annette!!!! A package was unable to be delivered to my apartment, and then was lost for a brief moment but Annette helped me for a week to locate my package successfully and she was so nice.

I usually go out of my way to visit this location, because their customer service is excellent and they are generally very efficient and speedy. I always enjoy my interactions with Annette, she’s the best!

If you need a passport in a hurry, you're better off leaving Denver entirely and going to another city in the state.

Devon is the kindest and most efficient representative at this company. Something that usually takes multiple days was complete in literally minutes I cannot stress enough that whatever you are paying this man it’s nowhere near enough!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
We visited the location to renew our children's passports based on the walk-in hours listed online (2:30 PM – 3:30 PM). We took time off work and picked up our kids early from school to make it in time—arriving even before 2:30 PM.
As we walked in, an older employee named Annette (spelling may be off) was assisting another customer and abruptly closed the passport window, taking that person to a different location. When we spoke to another staff member, we were told they only accept four walk-ins a day, and they were already full—even though we arrived during the posted hours.
We explained we made the effort to come based on the USPS website info, but were told to sit and wait for Annette. When she came out, she was extremely rude, raising her voice, saying she didn’t care about our situation, and told us it wasn’t her job, but that immigration had pushed the work onto her. She offered no help. She offered no help or guidance and continued to talk over us. Her tone and behavior were inappropriate, especially in front of our children.
Annette also mentioned the online hours are not set by the location and cannot be updated. We left without any support, feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Frankly, Annette’s attitude made it seem like she owned the place. Her loud and dismissive behavior in front of our children was unsettling. It felt as though she either has anger issues or no longer enjoys her role. Perhaps it's time to consider giving the opportunity to someone who is more patient, professional, and customer-focused.

The new mail carrier working our route in Platt Park has been leaving our gate open everyday. He has also put some of our mail in a neighbors mailbox. I put a note on the mailbox a couple of days ago asking nicely that he please close our gate. He has ignored it a couple of times now, so I’m going to try to escalate this to a supervisor.

This is about as good as it gets in the Denver metro for a post office. The employees are super friendly, the only problem is it's a popular spot and serves a lot of people. I see tons of reviews here from people who couldn't follow protocol when mailing something or failed to make passport appointments and now choose to complain - ignore them.

I’ve seen a line of 10 people be served in less than ten minutes, including passport customers, and I visit this branch at least three times per week. Kudos!

Worst post office in the country, everyone in management and most staff need fired and replaced with people who aren't completely incompetent, rude, and violent

The USPS is so good! Thank goodness they haven't tried the privatization of this key service!

It is absolutely absurd to have passport walk in hours from 2:30-3:30 when you’re only taking 4 patients maximum. I am disappointed and disgusted at the amount of people who show up during this time period only to walk away saddened and angry. You need to be more realistic about your hours and maximum amount of people you will take on your website so people will not spend their whole day gathering information and taking a trip from across the city for disappointment. You should be ashamed.
